As your coach I will:

  • Help you focus better to produce results more quickly.
  • Ask you to do more than you have probably done on your own.
  • Provide you with the tools, support and structure to accomplish more.

After a successful 30 year career in banking, Christine (Chris) left her position as an executive to follow her passion and life’s purpose to become a professional coach.  She has coached and mentored many individuals who went on to lead successful professional and personal lives. Leaving the constraints of corporate life she could contribute to the world in new and positive ways – to make a real difference in others' lives by sharing her love of helping people, her life’s knowledge, and her skills through coaching.

Chris is passionate about inspiring and empowering people to live the life of their choosing.  She partners with clients to create a new vision of their future, to break through obstacles that are blocking them from achieving results, identify action steps for attaining desired goals, and to manage and adapt to an ever changing environment.

The coaching Chris provides draws from 30 years of executive and team leadership positions and a lifelong commitment to self-development and learning.  Chris helps people discover their strengths and experience better personal and professional results. Through her own leadership experiences, she realized the value of coaching before it was called "coaching."

Always drawn to the role of coach, she enhanced her skills and coaching best practices by earning a professional coaching certification from the hightly respected Hudson Institute of Coaching and she currently holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF).
